                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER WITH 
                   MATHIS ENTERPRISES, RELATIVE TO THE 
                   DEMOLITION OF THE G. RUSSELL BROWN 
                   ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, WHICH CHANGE ORDER 
                   INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY THE AMOUNT OF 
                   SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00), FOR A 
                   REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF TWENTY-THREE 
                   THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a 
       Change Order with Mathis Enterprises, relative to the demolition 
       of the G. Russell Brown Elementary School, which change order 
       increases the contract by the amount of $750.00, for a revised 
       contract amount of $23,750.00.
